SalaryJob duties include preventative maintenance of the hotel and guest rooms such as touch up painting, carpet cleaning, tile scrubbing, caulking, minor repairs to any damaged items such as the furniture, or fixtures. Yard maintenance consists of mowing the grass, weeding, sweeping and keeping the lot free of any trash or debris.
Pool knowledge is helpful, but not required, training on how to balance the pool chemicals and cleaning will be provided.
Other daily tasks may be provided by the maintenance manager
Pay starts at $11.00 will increase based on performance.
