The Houseman's primary role is to ensure the hotel's success by maintaining exceptional cleanliness in public areas and delivering top-notch guest service to meet or exceed guest expectations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure total guest satisfaction and professionalism at all times.
- Represent Courtyard Marriott with pride and uphold ethical standards.
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Knowledge of emergency procedures and the ability to communicate these with guests.
- Manage and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Monitor and maintain public area cleanliness.
- Report maintenance issues.
- Replenish storeroom supplies and maintain organization.
- Promote safe working conditions and follow safety procedures.
- Fulfill special guest requests, including delivering items to guest rooms.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
