Responsible for ensuring resident rooms as well as community common areas and work areas are clean and sanitary. Will work with the maintenance team in communicating needs and opportunities to improve the community. Keeping the community sanitary and residents living in clean dignified rooms is of the highest priority. Reports to: Maintenance Director
All Employees must be able to pass background checks (fitness for duty physical, fingerprinting, employment references) as required by a licensed facility. Many roles in our community may require that we ask about your vaccination status.
