Housekeeping Turndown Attendant (Part-Time)

Are you passionate about creating a luxurious and comfortable atmosphere for guests? Lido Beach Resort is seeking a detail-oriented and courteous Turndown Attendant to join our exceptional team. As a Turndown Attendant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our guests' experience by ensuring their accommodations are inviting and impeccably prepared for a restful night. Hours-12:30pm-9pm & 3pm-10pm

Essential Functions:

• Prepare and refresh guest rooms during evening hours, ensuring they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Arrange furniture, amenities, and decor to create a welcoming and aesthetically pleasing environment.
• Pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure that all aspects of the turndown service are executed flawlessly.
• Anticipate and fulfill guest needs, such as providing additional amenities or adjusting room temperature.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and front desk staff to coordinate turndown service efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with guests, responding to requests and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
• Adhere to and maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation as set by Lido Beach Resort.
• Uphold the resort's commitment to providing an exceptional guest experience.
• Demonstrate flexibility in working evening shifts and weekends, as needed.
• Respond promptly to urgent turndown requests and special guest preferences.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Physical Requirements:

• This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Standing, sitting or walking for extended periods of time and ensuring a professional demeanor, clear communication and appearance in a clean uniform are also required.
