Overview
Job Title: Housekeeping Trainer
Salary: $24.50 +
Status: Fulltime
The Housekeepers, as with all members of the Monarch Casino Resort Spa Team, is expected to conduct himself/herself in a manner which demonstrates initiative, professionalism, personal awareness, integrity, and exercises confidentiality in the appropriate areas of his/her performance. The Housekeepers share in the Monarch Casino Resort Spa support of the company's Vision, Mission, Values, and consistently performs all functions in a fashion that inspires and motivates others to actively pursue them.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of all rooms and reporting any maintenance deficiencies.
• Consistently deliver five diamond service to our guests.
• Ensure to follow proper procedures for Osha and Health Department Guidelines.
• Provide guest with directions as needed.
• Knowledgeable of the property and activities within the property.
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
• Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
Qualifications
TECHNICAL/PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE (Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience)
  • Experience in Housekeeping preferred.
  • Knowledge of AAA and Forbes Standards.
  • Passion for Guest Service and attention to detail.
  • 1-2 years in a housekeeping superviosr role.
