Getting the Job Done:
Provideguests and team members with professional, efficient, courteous and genuinehospitality.
Anticipatesguest's needs and offers services prior to the guest asking.
Assistthe Housekeeping Executive with the daily management of the Housekeepingdepartment which includes but is not limited to, scheduling, assigning rooms toclean, inspecting rooms and common areas, supervising, coaching, training andcounseling of the team.
Managesand maintains inventories and equipment to meet the needs of the property.
Maintainsall safety standards to the property and Brand standards and informs theappropriate department when concerns arise.
Maintainopen and professional communication with other department heads and supervisorsto ensure the needs of the guests and team members are addressed timely.
Workswith Executive Housekeeper to ensure all budgets are managed properly andwithin the guidelines.
MonitorsBrand Service Scores and ensures Cleanliness scores are communicated to theteam and appropriate actions are taken to be above the Brand average.
Ensuresall team members attend mandatory meetings and complete all required training.
Abilityto grasp, bend, stoop and push, pull and lift 30 bls.
Experience for Success:
1year of Housekeeping experience
HighSchool diploma or equivalent
PriorSupervisor experience a plus
Strongwritten and verbal communication skills
Willingnessto work in a fast paced and physically active work environment
