Housekeeping Supervisor, Senior Living, West St. Paul

Walker Methodist Westwood Ridge is recruiting for a Housekeeper Supervisor who will be responsible for the supervision of the housekeeping staff. Responsible for monitoring and assisting with general housekeeping, floor care, and laundry duties to maintain a safe, clean, pleasant physical environment in the facility. Responsible for maintaining quality customer relations with residents, families and staff.

Schedule:

Full-Time, Sunday-Thursday

Qualifications:

• Education: High School graduate or equivalent
• Experience: Previous experience working in a health care setting.
• A minimum of 2 years supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supervision and scheduling of Housekeeping Department staff.
• Obtains housekeeping requests from residents and/or their family members and works with housekeepers to schedule and complete requests.
• Orders supplies as needed working in conjunction with Central Supply staff or facility specific ordering process.
• Other duties as assigned.
