Requirements:

• Direct the overall operation of the Housekeeping Department
• Assigns daily schedule and work orders to all staff in the departments
• Understands and is able to manage daily staffing hours
• Must be knowledgeable of practices and procedures as well as the laws, regulations, and guidelines governing functions in a Senior Living facility
• Must perform proficiently in all competency areas including but not limited to: patient rights, and safety and sanitation
• Must be able to identify additional cleaning needs and adjust schedule to meet those needs
• Must be able to make daily rounds to assure that housekeeping staff are performing required duties
• Primary Series of the COVID Vaccine Required
