Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the housekeeping department, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness throughout the facility
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain a high standard of cleanliness
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper storage and maintenance
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning activities and address any specific needs or requests
- Handle customer complaints or concerns related to housekeeping services
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in housekeeping management

Requirements:
- Proven experience in housekeeping management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and custodial practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to housekeeping operations
- Proficient in using cleaning equipment and supplies
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification or training in housekeeping management is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
