Housekeeping Supervisor

```Job Summary:```
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of our facility. You will ensure that all areas are kept clean, organized, and meet the highest standards of cleanliness.

```Duties:```
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
- Inspect rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a safe working environment for staff by enforcing safety guidelines
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for housekeeping staff

```Experience:```
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, including industrial cleaning and floor care techniques
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Pay: $27.43 - $28.43 per hour
