The Night Runner at Rosen Hotels & Resorts is responsible for efficiently delivering supplies and inventory to guest rooms throughout the resort property based on Company Standards They must ensure that all assigned guest calls or special requests are completed within minutes, such as delivering extra pillows or setting up cribs and removing them after guest check-out Additionally, the Night Runner will update reports in the tracking system as needed
- Efficiently pick up and deliver supplies and inventory to guest rooms in a timely manner
- Respond promptly to guest calls and special requests, ensuring completion within minutes
- Provide exceptional guest service while delivering requested items or setting up amenities
- Update and maintain accurate records and reports in the tracking system
- Follow Company Standards for inventory management and room service procedures
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the storage and inventory areas
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and maintain smooth operations
- Report any maintenance issues or inventory shortages to the appropriate department
- Adhere to the drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policies of the company
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with guests and team members
