Housekeeping Attendant

MAJOR / KEY JOB DUTIES

• Cleans assigned guest rooms with adherence to company standards, policies and procedures.
• Assisting to clean public areas of the hotel as assigned by the manager (but not limited to) associate breakroom, guest laundry, fitness room, vending areas, stairwells and common areas.
• Responsible for maintaining overall hotel cleanliness.
• Respond to guest calls for extra towels and special items.
• Make sure all lamps, TV's, and radios are in good working condition.
• Ensures housekeeping carts and laundry areas are maintained to company standard while in use.
• Stocks carts and linen racks
• This role would also be responsible for conducting ‘deep cleaning’ activities within the guest room in conjunction with preventative maintenance tasks.
• Reports any guest property that may be leftover in the room directly to manager on duty.
• Reports all maintenance issues directly to the manager on duty.
• Other duties as requested by the management team.
• Frequent pushing/pulling up to 50lbs

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
