Summary:
We are looking to hire a Housekeeping Attendant who will be responsible for ensuring cleanliness and proper presentation of all areas and surrounding facilities of the Club. This position will be part of a small, cooperative team that works together in a critical role ensuring the club and its outlets are consistently exceeding member expectations.
Duties to include, but not limited to:
- Cleaning of all Clubhouse, Restaurant, Pool, Tennis, and Golf related facilities and restrooms.
- Perform cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and cleaning of assigned facilities.
- Serves as a member of cross-functional team on room setup for special events.
- Provide input on and ordering of cleaning supplies and toiletries.
- Serves as a member of cross-functional team(s) on specific initiatives and projects.
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Correct selection and safe use of various applicable cleaning products and tools.
- Needs to be hands on, with the ability to perform all tasks as required.
- Requires the ability to use stairs repeatedly during work shift.
- Requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. during work shift.
- Requires the ability to push table and chair carts more than 60 lbs. within work shift safely.
- Meets or exceeds all cleanliness standards in assigned areas of the Club.
- Meet or exceed all safety expectations and requirements.
Abilities:
- Must be able to work in various adverse conditions such as enclosed spaces, heights, and temperature extremes, indoors or outdoors to complete work assignments.
- Available as requested by Housekeeping Manager to work holidays, weekends, and scheduled shifts.
Compensation & Benefits:
This position is full-time year-round offered at $18 per hour with potential to earn seasonal bonuses. Full-time eligible employees will be offered health benefits (including medical, dental, vision, Life & disability etc.), 401(k) after waiting period, seven paid holidays, paid vacation, and sick pay (after meeting eligibility waiting period.)
