Hello, Cascades at Galveston in Galveston, TX is actively looking to hire a full-time Floors Technician to specialize in cleaning/maintaining the floors at our facility:

Job Description:

• You will be the resident expert with floor cleaning in all areas of the facility including stripping, cleaning, waxing, etc.
• Clean and perform routine maintenance on floor equipment, requesting assistance from maintenance as needed
• Maintain accurate floor care logs and checklists
• Operate all equipment with care and according to facility and manufacturers safety standards and procedures

Requirements:

• Six months' prior commercial floor cleaning/housekeeping experience
• Thorough understanding of floor cleaning chemicals, practices, and machine operation/maintenance
• High School Diploma required
• Reliable transportation to/from work
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
