SalaryJob Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Housekeeper/Laundry to join our team. As a Housekeeper/Laundry, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in our hotel, as well as ensuring that all laundry is properly cleaned and cared for.
Duties:
- Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, dusting furniture, and vacuuming carpets
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, ensuring all surfaces are disinfected
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and linens
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
- Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing clothes and linens
- Handle dry cleaning requests from guests
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is needed
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry services preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting heavy loads and standing for extended periods of time
