Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, and facilities according to established standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff.
- Empty trash, sanitize surfaces, and restock supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold a high standard of cleanliness and orderliness throughout the facility.
- Respond promptly to special cleaning requests and assist with periodic deep cleaning tasks.
Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills.
- Compassionate and respectful attitude towards residents and colleagues.
