HOUSEKEEPER- Pyramid Peak Properties | Kirkwood, CA 95646

Pyramid Peak Properties Housekeepers are responsible for daily housekeeping services. You will be ensuring the highest level of services for our resort guests. Responsibilities include cleaning homes and common areas. You should have an eye for cleanliness. Great communication skills are necessary.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Keep our condo/homes and common areas clean and maintained.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean kitchens entirely.
• Clean and stock bathrooms.
• Strip and make beds.
• Collect and dispose of trash.
• Clean upholstered and wood furniture.
• Clean glass, mirrors and windows.
• Clean and dust low and high areas.
• Performs deeper cleans when directed.
• Keep linen room and vehicles stocked.
• Notify managers of necessary repairs.
• Uses checklists to assure company standards.
• Communicates proper, efficient, and timely communication with all essential company employees.
• Ensures that all lost and found items are bagged, marked, stored and reported.
• Maintains a safe work environment.
• Proper usage of chemicals and cleaning supplies by monitoring usage and ensuring proper labeling of hazardous supplies in accordance with OSHA regulations and SDS compliance.
• Maintains the highest standards of professionalism when interacting with fellow team members, owners and guests.
• Clock in and out times using QBTime for each job.
• Adheres to company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• No experience necessary
• Ability to manage your time efficiently
• Show up to work as scheduled
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Lift and carry heavy laundry bags
• Move furniture, climb ladders, squat and bend
• Strong communication and service skills
• Able to work independently as well as follow and take direction
• Able to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships
• Use sound judgement while handling many tasks and deadlines
• Able to drive in hazardous snow conditions and expect overnight stays in storms
