You Have:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to work; Positive attitude
- Ability to work outside in extreme temperatures
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, in English for business necessities
- Keen eye for detail
- Minimum 1 year multifamily experience with general property cleaning and detailing, picking up trash, painting walls, floors and curbs, and customer service
Salary Range: DOE
