Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and public spaces of the hotel
- Ensure all rooms are stocked with necessary supplies and amenities
- Change bed linens, towels, and restock toiletries as needed
- Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and clean windows and mirrors
- Empty trash and replace garbage bags in all areas of the hotel
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles preferred
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and techniques
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as needed
