Title of Position: Housekeeper

Job Description:The position of Housekeeperensures the residence is clean and orderly while maintaining owner privacy as well as aesthetic and performance standards. Responsible for performing a variety of domestic duties, including household maintenance, running errands,laundryand shopping. The Housekeeper will maintain consistency of daily,weeklyand monthly activities. The Housekeeper must answer inquiries into the household in a confidential and professional manner. The Housekeeper will make recommendations to improve and upgrade the level of detail,serviceand operational sophistication as well as conduct frequent reviews of surroundings to ensure quality issues are identified and reported/rectified. The Housekeeper may be required to oversee pets on occasion. This position requires adherence to all OSHA Federal/State safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• Experience of 3-5years in the cleaning maintenance of luxury establishments is required for the Housekeeper
• For the Housekeeper, a High School Diploma is required
• The Housekeeper must have the ability to work alone with limited direction; flexibility in working extended hours and weekends as needed
• The Housekeeper must have the ability to maintain a high level of strict confidentiality and professionalism
• A valid drivers license with a good driving record is required for the Housekeeper
• The Housekeeper must have the ability to operate ISR computer systems,intercomand general household equipment
• The Housekeeper must be CPR certified (company provided)
• The Housekeeper must have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, a positive attitude and a keen attention to detail, honesty,dependabilityand a hands-on work ethic
• Bilingual in English/Spanish
