Brookridge is currently seeking a full time Floor Technician/ Housekeeper, to assist with the cleanliness and maintenance of our Continuing Care Retirement Community. Excellent daytime schedule with most weekends off. .
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain all floors and carpets in all areas of our facility
- Remove trash from facility
- Clean and disinfect elevators on a regular basis
- Assist in cleaning and disinfecting of dining room furniture
- Vacuum carpeted areas and mop tile floors
- Spot clean walls and windows
- Dust furniture and empty trash cans
- Clean baseboards
- Perform any additional floor maintenance tasks as necessary
Qualifications
- Covid-19 Vaccination Required
- At least one year of housekeeping experience, required
- Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions in English
- Must be able to speak and understand English in order to communicate with supervisors and residents
