POSITION SUMMARY

This position is a part time or full-time Captain Duster House Cleaner. We're looking for a detail-oriented and process-minded House Cleaner to join our team at Captain Duster. This person is responsible for the intake of new work, prioritizing customer requests, and delivering the best results possible. We're looking for people with integrity that do what they say they will do and will help us accomplish our mission.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Have a reliable vehicle with current insurance
• Must have cleaning tools and supplies: vacuum, mop and cleaning supplies
• Must speak English
• Proficient cleaning skills
• Clean background check
• US driver license
• Consistent and punctual attendance

PAY

• Training is paid minimum wage
• Starting pay rate $18/H. After 3 months goes up to $20 and continuously raising $1 every 3 months.
• Earn commission for bringing in new customers
• Earn bonuses by generating ideas that will improve the business
• Earn bonuses by bringing new team members
• Earn 100% of the tips
