Description
The House person is responsible for supporting housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness of all guest rooms/exteriors, public areas, administrative areas and facilities, as well as the maintenance of related equipment. The House person also focuses on the transfer and laundering of linens for guest rooms, spa, pool and other areas of the resort. Immaculate rooms and facilities are critical to a high-quality guest experience and as such this position plays an important role in the success of the resort.
What You'll do
Meet and exceed resort cleanliness and quality standards
Clean and stock guest rooms
Clean and maintain public areas for guest satisfaction
Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments
Identify and report preventative or other required maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms.
