**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a House Hold Dispatcher to join our team. The House Hold Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling household services such as cleaning, maintenance, and repairs. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

- Proven experience in a customer service or dispatching role
- Strong communication skills

**Responsibilities:**
- Receive service requests from customers via phone, email, or online platform
- Schedule appointments for household services based on customer needs and availability of service providers
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on service appointments and address any concerns
- Coordinate with service providers to ensure timely and efficient completion of services
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, appointments, and customer interactions
- Assist in resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the delivery of household services
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
