House Cleaning for Airbnb

Job Overview:

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Cleaners to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring that each property is clean, sanitized, and stocked for the next guest. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and time management.

At this time I am looking for coverage for Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and both Saturday and Sunday. I am looking to hire a few people for this position so if you are available for some of the days above but not all, we can work with you.

We currently have 5 Airbnb properties. 4 small cottages located in Hampden, Maine and 1 townhouse located in Bangor. These properties are short-term rentals meaning they are cleaned often and have a steady turn-around. Due to the nature of STR's this job does require some flexibility as the number of cleanings fluctuates and so do the reservations.
We supply the cleaning products including a cordless vacuum and mop that you will need.

The cottages in Hampden have a checkout time of 11am and a check in time of 3pm. Start time can be flexible as long as the properties are ready before the guests check in. Each cottage should take about 1-hour to clean and we pay $40 per cottage.

The townhouse in Bangor has a checkout time of 10am and a check in time of 4pm. The start time can be flexible as long as the property is ready before the guest checks in. This property has a washer & dryer in unit so we ask that you wash the linens while you are on site. This property should take about 3 hours to clean and we pay $120 per townhouse.

Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living areas
- Empty trash cans and replace liners
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Launder and change bed linens
- Restock snack baskets & toiletry baskets (we provide supplies)
- Keeping track of time to ensure each property is done before guest check in.

Experience:
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Time management skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Reliability is a must
