We have a 20-day paid onboarding schedule that will get you ready in 2 weeks (10 days) to run a team and then 2 weeks of daily follow-up and evaluation (10 days). Our program works.
Team Leaders drive the company car, and manage 1 or 2 Cleaning Partners. You're back to the office no later than 5:00. You get 20 days off a year, paid time off at 6 months, 1 week paid after one year, 2 weeks paid after 2 years, and 3 weeks paid time off after 4 years.
We are the largest Home Cleaning company in Georgia, with several service centers around the metro area. You're a real W-2 employee with benefits. Get paid every Friday, the best equipment, products, office support, and Area Manager support.
Team Leader pay
- Pay: $650 - $750 per week GROSS before taxes - $22/hr Cleaning, Annual increases. We do NOT pay for drive time unless the average for the day exceeds 30 minutes between jobs. So you get about 6 hours of cleaning a day with 3-4 houses a day on a team of 2-3 cleaners. $22 x 6 hours cleaning = $132 + tips and bonuses which average about $20 a day or about $150 a day for a total of around $750 a week. But it could be less if a house cancels so that is why we give a range as low as $650 but typically $700-$750 a week BEFORE TAXES.
Cleaning Partner pay
- Pay: $600 - $650 per week GROSS before taxes - $19-$20/hr Cleaning, Annual increases. We do NOT pay for drive time unless the average for the day exceeds 30 minutes between jobs. So you get about 6 hours of cleaning a day with 3-4 houses a day on a team of 2-3 cleaners. $19 x 6 hours cleaning = $114 + tips and bonuses which average about $20 a day or about $134 a day for a total of around $670 a week. But it could be less if a house cancels so that is why we give a range as low as $600 but typically $650 a week BEFORE TAXES.
You don't need cleaning experience. We can train anyone to be a great cleaner and a Team Leader. Our paid training program will teach you everything you need to know about cleaning and running a cleaning team in 2 weeks. As long as you are willing to learn, we will teach you.
