The SH Front Offices are at the heart of every hotel, and our front-of-house staff are some of the most important members of the team, because they are the first to meet our guests. They also have the first opportunity to provide our guests with impeccable service, and often to reflect a first glimpse of the brand's best self. We're currently searching for a warm, welcoming Part-Time House Car Driver to come on board, someone who's great at talking to just about anyone, and who prioritizes, above all, the needs of our guests and our partners.
Inside Tips: Knowing a thing or two...or three about the history of 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay and the island to share with your guests will set you up for success. A clean driving abstract is required.
Qualifications
About you...
- Passionate about hospitality and providing superior guest service; enjoys physical work and has previous similar work experience.
- Previous customer or guest service experience, a team player, hard worker, and detail oriented.
- Previous experience in a professional driving capacity is a plus.
- Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
