Izzo's Illegal Burrito is looking for an HOURLY RESTAURANT MANAGER to join our team at our Cabela's location in Gonzales - Outfitter's Drive!

Starting pay rate: $11/hr + $4-5/hr tips

Job Types: all shifts needed

Primary Duties:

• Ensures food preparation methods, portioning and presentation meet standards.
• Ensures customer satisfaction is achieved and food is prepared as requested by the customer.
• Maintains the cleanliness and appearance of the food lines, dining room, patio and bathrooms.
• Monitors and executes preparation, handling and storage of food to ensure food safety practices are met.
• Provides exceptional customer service.
• Prepares customer orders as requested.
• Prepares the restaurant for success by utilizing opening, closing and layover checklists.
• Restocks necessary items as needed.
• Takes phone orders.
• Completes transactions on POS system when necessary.
• Busses, cleans and sanitizes tables.
• Takes out trash.
• Cleans and sanitizes work area, equipment, and floors.
• Performs other duties as assigned, depending on the needs of the restaurant or company.

Required Skills:

• Must be able to move products or equipment up to 50lbs and work with sharp and/or hot equipment.
• Completion and certification of a state or local government approved alcohol server training program.

Experience level:

• Under 1 year
