We specialize in in-home senior care and support individuals with disabilities in King and Snohomish counties. Our team works closely with clients and their families to create individualized plans of care that address physical, social, psychological, and spiritual needs.
Position Overview:
We are looking for aides who are experienced in assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), providing companionship, and performing light housework. Ideal candidates will have previous experience working with individuals with dementia and hospice care.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication reminders
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Engage clients in social and recreational activities
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to implement individualized care plans
Requirements:
- Previous experience in caregiving, preferably with seniors and individuals with disabilities
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients
- Reliable, accountable, and able to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to the changing needs of clients
- Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
