Job Title:Hotshot/Semi Owner Operator (Regional and Over the Road)

Job Overview: We are seeking experienced and reliable Hotshot/Semi Owner Operators to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in hotshot or semi-truck driving and possess the ability to operate regionally and over the road. While a CDL is preferred, it is not required. Candidates must be at least 23 years old and demonstrate a commitment to safety, professionalism, and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

1. Operate a hotshot or semi-truck safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
2. Transport goods and materials regionally and over the road, ensuring timely delivery and pickup.
3. Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and expenses.
4. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure proper maintenance and safety compliance.
5. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other team members to coordinate schedules and resolve issues.
6. Handle freight loading and unloading as necessary, ensuring proper securing of cargo.
7. Maintain a clean and organized truck cab and trailer.
8. Comply with company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and customer service standards.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of two years of experience as a commercial driver, preferably as an Owner Operator.
2. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
3. CDL preferred but not required.
4. Must be at least 23 years old.
5. Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety protocols.
6. Excellent driving skills and attention to detail.
7. Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
8. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
10. Flexibility to work varied hours and travel as required.
11. Clean MVR
12. Active Authority With DOT And MC Numbers.
