Hotel Security Guard

• Duties:
• must be 21 and older for this position

- Patrol assigned areas and monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules- Maintain a visible presence to deter illegal and inappropriate actions- Monitor CCTV cameras to ensure the safety and security of the premises- Respond and investigate any disturbances- Write detailed incident reports and maintain daily activity logs- Escort individuals to designated locations, such as parking lots, rooms, or exits- Enforce access control procedures and verify the identity of individuals entering the premises

• - Help de-escalate guest at the front desk and provide a barrier between employees and guests when needed.
• - Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and employees with inquiries or concerns
• -contact police and detain when needed for police arrival
• -help the front desk with delivry of things to guests rooms and helping do small task outside the "security profile" while on property clocked in
• Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent- Proven work experience as a Security Guard or relevant position- Knowledge of security operations and procedures- Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment- Excellent observation skills and attention to detail- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally- Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
