```Duties```
- Inspect Hotel Rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to hotel standards
- Perform inspections of guest rooms, including checking for cleanliness, proper amenities, and functionality of equipment
- Inspect public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms to ensure they are clean and well-maintained
- Identify any maintenance or repair issues and report them to the appropriate department
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Provide feedback and recommendations to housekeeping management for improvement
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a custodial or hospitality role preferred
- Knowledge of housekeeping management practices and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and staff
- Basic knowledge of floor care and industrial cleaning techniques
