Think you have what it takes? Here is what you will need to deliver:

• Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees

• Verify incoming reservations and room blocks and assure all rooms are properly coded

• Check guest in and out of hotel

• Ensuring that all proper credit and pertinent information is obtained

Who you are and what you’ve accomplished:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• One year experience in a high volume hotel
