Join the Bellevue Club and Hotel team. As the premier athletic and social club on Seattle’s Eastside, the Bellevue Club is a gathering place for the Northwest’s most celebrated and visionary citizens. Dedicated to the well-being of its members, the property merges 250,000 square feet of world-class fitness facilities and four innovative dining spaces with unique recreational, social, and business areas. The property is also home to the Bellevue Club Hotel, a luxury 66-room boutique hotel, and a full-service spa with cutting-edge wellness offerings.

The Bellevue Club Hotel is looking for a dedicated and experienced full-time Night Auditor who can provide exceptional customer service to our members and guests.

Shifts:

  • Thursday, Friday, Saturday 11pm-7am
  • 30 hours/week

Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Post Hotel and F&B charges to the appropriate accounts (i.e. valet, movies, amenities, room service, etc.).
  • Check and balance employee shift reports.
  • Check and balance credit card charges utilizing the Opera PMS system and CSI hotel platforms.
  • Check and balance Hotel guestroom charges (room rate, tax, etc.)
  • Review night audit and ledger accounts.
  • Print hotel reports.
  • Answer inquiries from Hotel guests, Club members, other hotel properties, travel agents, and general public pertaining to Hotel policies and services.
  • Effectively and consistently follow standards of operation and service as established by the Bellevue Club management.
