We are hiring for an entry level maintenance position. Schedule is Tuesday through Saturday 7am-330pm.
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated person to work with us in our maintenance department. This is a hotel facility maintenance position requiring good communication and people skills. Maintenance experience is not required, but appreciated. Experience in hotels in not necessary. There is an opportunity for advancement within our company. All certifications, tools, uniforms, etc. will be provided by the hotel
Requirements:

Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Perform minor and major repairs in guest rooms and throughout the building
- Inspect hotel regularly to ensure it meets safety standards
- Landscaping and upkeep of the grounds
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems
- Ensure all reported issues are handled in a timely and efficient manner
- Respond to emergency maintenance and security situations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
