We are looking for a Maintenance Person to join our team and help maintain our facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs. They will also be expected to inspect buildings and equipment regularly to identify any potential issues and take preventive measures. The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Maintenance Technician Requirements Include:
- Basic “handyman” skills and ability to recognize personal limits
- General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC & carpentry
- Ability to communicate and work well with other departments

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and systems.

- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.
