Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. As a Hotel Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in guest rooms, common areas, and other designated areas of the hotel. Your attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional service will contribute to the overall guest experience.

```Responsibilities```
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and cleaning bathrooms
- Replenish supplies such as towels, toiletries, and linens
- Empty trash containers and dispose of waste properly
- Clean and maintain common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and elevators
- Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed, including carpet shampooing and floor care
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
- Follow all hotel policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service to guests by addressing their needs and requests in a timely manner

```Requirements```
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient completion of tasks
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on guest needs and hotel occupancy levels
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as necessary
- Knowledge of housekeeping management systems is a plus
