Hours: 9am to 5pm

We’re a highly-regarded property in our area looking for a motivated, organized housekeeper to join our team. Your mission is to provide an exceptional experience to every guest who stays with us. Cleaning duties will include making beds, vacuuming and mopping, restocking toiletries, washing and ironing sheets, and other general tasks. We’re looking for a professional, experienced housekeeping supervisor to perform impeccable housekeeping services and provide our guests with a safe and clean environment for an exceptional stay with us. You’ll lead the housekeeping team, ensure team members comply with high standards of cleanliness and sanitation protocol, and oversee the housekeeping department budget. The Housekeeping Supervisor will communicate regularly with the Executive Housekeeper and will mentor the housekeeping staff to assure a clean, orderly, attractive and safe working environment while providing an exceptional guest experience. This is a physically demanding position, and requires flexibility in scheduling. The Housekeeping Supervisor will assist with hiring, training, evaluating and developing a team of room attendants that provide first-in-class guest service and satisfaction. Essential Job Expectations:

• Hire, develop, inspire and lead your housekeeping team to achieve established cleanliness standards
• Hire, develop, inspire and lead your housekeeping team to exceed every guest’s expectations
• Work closely with the Executive Housekeeper to achieve or exceed expectations
• Clearly communicate expectations to all housekeeping associates, holding yourself and other accountable
• Operate the hotel as if it was your own
• Provide a safe, healthy environment for all guests and associates
