Job Title: Hotel Front Desk Supervisor
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Hotel Front Desk Supervisor. The Front Desk Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's Front Desk, providing exceptional guest service and supervising the Front Desk staff. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, have a strong attention to detail, and be capable of handling various responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Hotel Front Desk, ensuring efficient and effective guest service.
- Train, mentor, and supervise Front Desk staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist in the recruitment and hiring process of Front Desk personnel.
- Schedule Front Desk staff shifts and maintain appropriate staffing levels to meet guest needs.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns, resolving issues promptly and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all Front Desk procedures.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and maintain the overall cleanliness and functionality of the hotel.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, promotions, and local attractions to effectively assist guests and provide recommendations.
- Monitor and respond to online guest reviews and feedback, addressing any concerns or issues.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Prepare and submit daily reports, including occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback, to the hotel management team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a Hotel Front Desk setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with guests and team members.
- Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to motivate and develop a team.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Proficient in using hotel management software and computer systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
