Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out of the hotel using the computerized reservation system
- Answer phone calls and provide information to guests or transfer calls to appropriate departments
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Assist with reservations and ensure accurate information is entered into the system
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer systems, including reservation software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information and payments
- Previous experience in a Hotel Front Desk or customer service role is preferred
This position requires flexibility in working hours as it may involve working evening or night shifts. The ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and maintain a positive attitude is essential.

Pay: $8.00 - $12.00 per hour
