Quality Inn and Suites is looking for friendly, outgoing, and motivated individuals to join our Front Desk team at The McDonough, GA.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in guests as well as provide a warm and welcoming environment
- Answer any incoming calls or messages in a professional manner
- Process payments at the Front Desk when necessary
- Make reservations and provide information to guests as well as answer any questions they may have
- Collect payments when appropriate
- Assist guests with their check-in/check-out process
- Escalate any issues that require attention to the manager
- Cross-train and work on other staff positions as needed to meet company goals
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or related role is preferred but not required
- Previous experience in a hotel or guest services role is required but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt and respond quickly to changing needs
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
