Welcome to the part-time weekened Morning Hotel Front Desk Clerk position at Hilton Garden Inn Ogden! A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HOTEL FRONT DESK CLERK

As an entry-level Hotel Front Desk Clerk, you are responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. This includes checking in and out guests, handling their inquiries and complaints, processing payments, and answering phone calls. You work during the day, but your schedule is flexible.

A typical day may involve updating room availability, assisting guests with luggage, sending faxes or emails, and promoting our hotel amenities. As a naturally outgoing person, you love getting to chat with guests from all over the world!

WHAT IS REQUIRED?

  • 18+ years of age
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
