Hotel Front Desk Associate/ Part Time/Full Time

The Comfort Inn & Suites, Dover is looking for an Experienced Front Desk Associate part time with the potential to become full time. A Hotel Front Desk associate is the first point of contact with guests and handles all stages of a guest’s stay. A typical day as a Hotel Front Desk agent, involves reservations, registering and checking guests in and out of their rooms, while accommodating any special requests. This position requires a responsible and reliable person with great customer service skills, be friendly and help our guest have the best stay.

Must be flexible and able to work 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm including weekends and holiday's. Great Pay for the right person. Need to be reliable and responsible and enjoy hospitality.

Start as soon as possible experience is preferred , but willing to train the right person.

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma/GED required.
• 1+ years Hotel Front Desk experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with using the internet and analytical skills.
• Experience with cash handling required.
• Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude when handling all situations.
• Adhere to the policies and procedures of the hotel.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
• Working knowledge of computer and math skills.
• Great team player with a positive attitude.
