Hotel Front Desk Agent

Schedule Saturday and Sunday 3PM - 11PM

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information and providing necessary assistance
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries, providing information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Assist with night audit duties, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports for management
- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area

Skills:

-Choice Advantage experience is a +
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual proficiency is a plus, as we cater to a diverse clientele
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and phone systems
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
