Hampton Inn and Suites is seeking friendly, customer service-driven individuals for our Breakfast Host position. Previous experience is a bonus, but not required. We offer flexible schedules based on job, school or childcare needs. On-site training available.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparing for, setting up, and disassembling the buffet
- Ensuring that the buffet remains stocked with sufficient amounts of food throughout service
- Interacting with guests, responding to any questions or complaints, and clearing their eating area upon their departure
- Ensure that customers' needs are met in a timely manner so that they can leave the dining area by the end of the meal service
- Maintaining cleanliness standards throughout the lobby throughout the meal service. This includes sanitizing surfaces, sweeping and mopping floors, etc.
- Cleaning entire area and kitchen and preparing for the next day.
- Ordering items weekly to maintain stock in the kitchen.
- Be able to complete food safety online courses.
Hours: 4:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
