Hours: Sat and Sun 6:30am-11am, Mon and Tues 5:30am-10am

Job Requirements:
- Ordering and preparing daily breakfast.
- Ensure all paperwork is logged accurately and documented.
- Check occupancy forecast and ensures timely production with inventory and staff.
- Follow methods of preparation.
- Keep all kitchen equipment clean during a shift.
- Consistent in the preparation of menu items per standards.
- Keep freezer and cooler in order and properly stores and rotates food items.
- Promote proper sanitation and safety for guests and employees at all times.
- Perform shift duties, including documentation/logs, and inventory in an accurate and timely manner.
- Fully understand all fire and emergency procedures.
- Maintain good personal hygiene habits.
- Promote positive guest and employee relations.
- Assist with all daily functions, projects, or initiatives in the hotel operations as seen necessary by supervisors and management.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
