Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently using the Aloha POS system
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guests' inquiries and concerns
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests' tables
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely food delivery
- Process guest payments accurately and efficiently
- Assist with other duties as needed to support the overall functioning of the restaurant
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling reservations and inquiries
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
