Host/Server

Overview: We are seeking a friendly and energetic individual to join our team as a Host/Server. As a Host/Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities: - Greet guests and seat them at their tables - Take food and drink orders accurately - Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner - Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu - Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area - Handle cash transactions using the cash register - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service - Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards guests and team members - Utilize OpenTable or similar reservation systems to manage guest reservations Experience: - Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred - Strong math skills for handling cash transactions accurately - Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus - Familiarity with operating a cash register is beneficial - Excellent customer service and guest relations skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail If you are looking for an opportunity to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment, please submit your application. Pay: $13.64 - $50.00 per hour
