Blue Mountain Brewery is looking for upbeat, self-motivated, team players to join our front of house team. We are looking for hosts, food runners, and curbside/takeout cashiers. No previous experience required. We will train you.
Host responsibilities include having a knowledge of all table numbers in the restaurant, greeting and seating guests, keeping a running rotation of guests seated, bussing tables, checking restrooms for cleanliness, sweeping, and keeping doors and windows clean throughout the shift. ($11/hr base pay + tips averaging $4.25/hr)
Food Runner responsibilities include having a knowledge of all table numbers in the restaurant, having a thorough knowledge of all menu items, being able to carry a tray with up to 8 plates on it, having friendly interactions with guests. ($12/hr base pay + tips averaging $4.25/hr)
Take Out and Curbside Cashiers responsibilities include having a thorough knowledge of all menu items, having a thorough knowledge of our point of sale system, thorough knowledge of serving alcohol to guests safely and legally, thorough knowledge of all of our retail items, thorough knowledge of our phone systems, having friendly interactions with guests, stocking packaged beer and retail items throughout the shift. ($2.13/hr base pay + tips averaging over $20 an hour)
