```Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Host/Host to join our team. As a Host/Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities: - Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome - Escort guests to their tables and present menus - Provide accurate wait times and monitor the waiting list - Answer phone calls and assist with reservations - Manage guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station - Collaborate with servers, bussers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations - Follow all safety and sanitation procedures - Uphold company standards for excellent customer service Skills: - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Exceptional guest service skills - Knowledge of food service and hospitality industry - Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar restaurant management software is a plus - Ability to handle guest relations in a professional manner - Excellent phone etiquette - Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks If you have a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences and thrive in a dynamic restaurant environment, we invite you to apply for the position of Host/Host.
